ARUN SHARMA CHARITABLE TRUST was executed at Pondicherry on 29th day of August 2012 by Sri. I. G. VIRARAGOU, son of Sri. Govindarasu , aged 36 years, residing at No. 46, Mariamman Koil Street, Muthupillaipalayam, Reddiarpalayam Post, Pondicherry – 605 010, and Hereinafter called THE FOUNDER CUM MANAGING TRUSTEE of the Trust for life time, to and in favour of the “ARUNSHARMA CHARITABLE TRUST”(ACT). Whereas the Founder CUM Managing Trustee is desirous of establishing a Trust for Charity, with Educational development, and Scientific Objects more particularly promoting various Govt. /Non Govt. Welfare Schemes in Rural Society and establishing, maintain run, improve, develop Educational institutions, Hospital, Rehabilitation centers for disabled welfare, Child welfare centers, orphanges, Scientific Research Institutions for rural awakening, Publishing Welfare Books, Magazines, etc. and Socially, Economically development uplifting the Rural Community in all aspects of its independent Living.

REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE TRUST

The Registered Office of the Trust shall be situated at No.46, Mariamman Koil Street, Muthupillaipalayam, Reddiarpalayam Post, Pondicherry – 605 010, India, and/or other places as the Trustees may agree from time
to time.

ADMINISTATION OF THE TRUST:


The Management of the Trust shall vest in “THE COUNCIL OF TRUSTEES” consisting of or not more than five but not less than two Trustees, The council of Trustees will have the full power and authority to administer the trust, its properties and affairs to do all acts, deed and things which are necessary to fulfil the objects for which the trust is established. The council of Trustees shall act through the Managing Trustee.
